As an active qualified Independent Distributor, you are eligible to earn Sales Commissions on all your Sales Volume, whether it is generated through Personal Sales Volume (PSV) or sales associated with your team (also known as Group Sales Volume or GSV).

As an active qualified Independent Distributor, you are eligible to earn Retail Sales Commissions on all your personal sales of our Luxury Resort membership and other qualified products.

Our Team Bonus compensation plan feature is governed by a pair of revolving matrices each consisting of a “Stage 1″ and “Stage 2.” As retail sales volume is generated; each time the minimum required Personal and/or Group Sales Volume in the available board matrix positions are achieved by selling our products and services either by you or a team member on your current board. the person in the “Pay Position” is rewarded with either 5,000 or 16,000 Bonus Points!

Team members advance from Stage 1 to Stage 2 as they cycle out of Stage 1 as their team grows and sales are made.

As a qualified distributor each and every time you cycle out of “Stage 2,” you earn either 5,000 Points (4,000 Commissionable Points and 1,000 Travel Reward Points) or 16,000 Points (14,000 Commissionable Points and 2,000 Travel Reward Points) depending on if you cycled out of a Dream or Destiny Stage 2 Bonus Pool.
